Define Your Stakeholders
Your stakeholders are the people that are affected by your work and who affect your work. They make up your ecosystem.
As you evaluate who your stakeholders are, start big. Think about whole communities or whole groupings, but then dig into the details. Can you list key individual names? This exercise will hold you accountable to your stakeholders and help you think about how to improve your communication and connection with them.
