Our Team
Cindy Morris

Cindy Morris has 25 years of experience in executive leadership and sales management, as well at 15+ years of experience in nonprofit organization consulting. Cindy has served as the Chief Advancement Officer for the American Society on Aging, as well as the Chief Operating Officer for i-tri. She is an Executive Council Member for AARP New York and a member of the Healthy Aging Coalition. Cindy holds a Master of Science in Business with a focus in Tourism and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Communication from The George Washington University.
Grace Andruskiewicz

With more than a decade of experience in the AgeTech sector, Grace is a full stack marketer with a keen ability to lead big picture strategy and roll up her sleeves to execute with the highest level of detail. As Director of Marketing at Intuition Robotics, Grace led the go-to-market strategy for the commercial launch of ElliQ in addition to B2C, B2B, and B2B2C marketing. Previously, Grace was Director of Marketing/Partnerships at Rendever, and on the founding team at Aging 2.0.

Shannon Lockwood is a collaborative leader with 12+ years of experience in event and project management. Shannon’s work has included many diverse facets of the events industry, including roles within associations, trade show and special event production, and convention centers, managing budgets of $50,000 to $5 million

Jackie Harman is a strategic marketing and business development consultant who helps organizations expand their reach through high-impact partnerships. She’s passionate about working with mission-driven organizations, particularly in the nonprofit and education sectors. Through thoughtful outreach, relationship-building, and operational excellence, she focuses on building lasting partnerships that drive growth and deliver meaningful value.
Caroline Bushman

Caroline is a multidisciplinary designer crafting brands, websites, and digital experiences for a wide range of organizations. In addition to earning her BFA in graphic design, she took on work with small start ups, established firms, and everything in between. In all of her work she is motivated to find the intersection of beauty and function, collaborating closely with clients to transform ideas into thoughtful, visually compelling products.

The Benson Agency was founded to support those who are guided by mission and are ready to invest in their growth to achieve their vision. For more than 15 years, The Benson Agency has partnered with dozens of organizations to design and implement sustainable plans that engage stakeholders, are cost-effective, and have lasting impact.
